Reservation Duration
All table reservations are allocated a dining time of 1 hour and 50 minutes. This helps us ensure that all our guests can enjoy their meals in a timely and comfortable setting. If you require additional time, please speak to a member of staff in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Table Holding Policy
We kindly ask all guests to arrive on time for their reservation. Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes after the booked time. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible — we’ll always do our best to hold your table for you. However, if we do not hear from you, we may need to release your table to accommodate other guests.

Promotions and Offers
Our promotional offers are designed to give you great value, but only one offer can be used per visit. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, deals, or discounts. This applies to both in-house and online offers unless otherwise specified.

Kids Eat Free Offer
With our ‘Kids Eat Free’ promotion, each free children’s meal must be accompanied by one full-paying adult main meal. This offer is valid for a maximum of two children per booking and applies to children under the age of 12. Any additional children’s meals will be charged at the regular menu price.

Social Media Competitions
Entries to our social media competitions are limited to one entry per person unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries from the same individual may result in disqualification. Winners will be selected at random and contacted directly through the platform on which the competition was held. Please ensure your privacy settings allow us to message you if you enter.
